Reservations and Billing

On this page, you can use our booking calendar to reserve equipment in the APRC. Make sure to thoroughly read through our rules and guidelines. Additionally, once you have reserved a spot make sure to email the lab manager after making your reservation. The bottom of the page includes our fee structure so make sure to check that out.

APRC Basic User information:

  • Discuss your research and equipment needs well in advance of when you plan to use the lab and equipment with the facility manager.
  • The manager can also reserve space and equipment for you. If your planned schedule changes, please let the manager know as soon as possible.
  • All users must be listed as personnel on an approved ASAF or be directly supervised by someone who is listed as such at all times.

Users must be trained by the manager or other qualified individual before using the lab and equipment.

  • Access to the APRC is controlled by a card-swipe reader. The manager will approve your Cougar Card for access for the duration of your project.
  • Visitors are not permitted in the
  • facility during non-business hours without the express permission of the manager before the visit.
  • Never open the door for someone you don’t know.
  • Photography not directly related to your research is not permitted.
  • Posting information about the facility on social media is not permitted and may result in the loss of access.
  • Please remember the APRC is a shared facility. Users are expected to be considerate of others.
