Graduate Studies

The School of Biological Sciences graduate program offers outstanding training opportunities for students seeking MS or PhD degrees in biology or plant biology. We also offer a non-thesis MS degree in biology. We currently have approximately 75 graduate students advised by faculty in the School. The training of graduate students is a major emphasis of faculty in the School of Biological Sciences.

The school of Biological Sciences has a Graduate Program Committee (GPC) that oversees the various aspects of the graduate program, including new student applications, curricular changes, and fellowship applications.
